Najwa Grace Tohme

Founder & CEO

Najwa Grace Tohme

Extensive 35 years diversified managerial experience in Human Resources, marketing, advertising, sales, customer relations, finance and administration, with specific focus on strategic business planning and execution, company organization, and quality improvement in local, regional, and international organizations. Holder of a BA in Psychology from AUB and an MBA from Newport University, Najwa Grace Ibrahim-Tohme is a co-founder and member of LLWB, an executive board member of the Lebanese Evangelical Society (LES). She is affiliated to the International Business Leaders Association (IBLA) and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as Certified Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute.

Mary Ann Tohme

Holder of a BA in Psychology, Mary Ann Tohme started and built her career in Sydney, Australia. Started off 12 years ago with being a direct support worker to people with various disabilities (psychological, physical and intellectual impairments), moved on to managing around 30 caseloads of clients that have different needs and then promoted to manage client services for two regions in Sydney. Mary Ann's passion to working alongside people with special needs will continue to grow and her knowledge and experience in the field showed a positive impact on clients, gave them the opportunity to focus on their abilities rather than their disabilities and live as autonomously as possible.

Sandra Samar Tohme

Sandra Samar Tohme

More than 18 years’ experience, initially as Infant Homeroom Teacher and then Lead Teacher. She has a BA in Graphic Design with 8 years of experience. Since Sandra started working with children, she has been loving it. She enjoys the opportunity of teaching children especially those with special needs. For her, the academic and social progress that special needs achieve make it one of the most rewarding jobs. She believes that education should not only be aimed at academics but should have emotional, spiritual and social aims as well so that each child's highest and best abilities can flourish.
